These Terms of Service govern your use of MC Circle (mccircle.com), a Minecraft circle generator and pixel circle generator tool site. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

Core circle-generation tools may be used without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use another person's account without authorization.

4. Credits, Pricing, and Expiration

MC Circle may offer optional paid features based on credits. Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and may only be used within the service for the features described at the time of purchase. Pricing and credit amounts may change; the checkout page shows the current offer.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, credits expire 365 days after they are added to your account. Unused expired credits are forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MC Circle to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Attempt to bypass limits, access controls, payment rules, or security protections
• Interfere with the service, reverse engineer it improperly, or use it for fraud or spam
• Misrepresent MC Circle as an official Mojang or Microsoft product

6. Tool Output Disclaimer

Circle layouts and pixel grids generated by MC Circle are reference aids for Minecraft builds. You are responsible for verifying placements in your own world. We do not guarantee that a layout will match every game edition, texture pack, or build style.

7. Intellectual Property and Affiliation

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. MC Circle is an independent fan tool site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Except where required by law, purchases are final and refunds are provided only at our discretion, such as in cases of duplicate charges or clear technical failure. If you initiate a wrongful chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate your access while the matter is reviewed.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to MC Circle if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created legal or security risk, abused the credit system, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a harmful manner. We may also discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MC Circle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
